Lisa running barefoot on a Hawaiian beach

You already know what you want to do. You're just finding reasons not to.

That's the part we work on together.

Hi, I'm Lisa

I'm Lisa. From Dublin, living in Hawaii, working in marketing.

I've always run more than one income stream. It's just how I'm built. So when Oliveda came across my radar, the question wasn't whether to add something — it was whether this was worth doing properly. I watched the brand for over a year before I committed. When I tried the products, my skin changed in two weeks in a way nothing else had managed. That settled it.

I share it because I want other women to feel what I feel. Settled in your skin. Clear in your direction. Done waiting.

The women I want to work with are the ones who are in their "I'm doing this for me" era — done with excuses, done with the wrong timing, done with drama. If that's you, keep reading.

The Skincare

I'm not going to oversell this. I'm going to tell you what it actually is.

Oliveda is a German brand built over 20 years around one molecule: Hydroxytyrosol — a polyphenol from wild mountain olive trees with an antioxidant rating of 27,000. For reference, Vitamin C sits at 2,100. That's not a marginal difference.

The formulas are waterless. Not "mostly waterless" — built from the ground up without water as a base. Instead of the 95% distilled water that fills most skincare formulas, the first ingredient is Olea Europaea cell elixir. Every ingredient in the bottle is doing actual work.

No synthetic fragrances — ever. 85% preservative-free. Cruelty-free throughout.

My skin stopped guessing. That's the only way I know how to describe what happened.

The Business Side

I'll be straight with you, because I think that matters more than a pitch.

This works when you work it. There's no other way to say it. It's not passive, it's not automatic, and I won't tell you otherwise. What it is — is flexible, low-risk to start, and worth it if you're ready to give it real attention.

No requirement to build a team. A lot of women don't — they share the products, earn commission, and that's exactly enough. If you want to grow beyond that, the earning potential grows with it. Your call, your pace.

  • — 25–35% commission on what you sell
  • — No quotas. No inventory. No monthly minimums.
  • — $50 to start. 30-day refund on your fee and any starter sets if it's not for you.
  • — Your customers get a full 365-day money-back guarantee on products.

This works when you work it. That's not a warning — it's just the honest version of what every opportunity should tell you upfront.

A Few Things People Ask

Is this an MLM?

It's direct sales — yes. The cold DM everyone you've ever met version of that — no. That's not how I work and it's not a model I'd be building with if it were. You share products you love, you earn commission, you build a team only if you want to. That's it.

I've seen "perfume" listed in the ingredients — does that mean synthetic fragrance?

No. Oliveda uses only essential oils — but under INCI labeling law, they're required to list them collectively as "perfume." There are no synthetic fragrances in any Olive Tree People product. More than half of the Oliveda face products have no added fragrance at all. If that matters to you — and it does for a lot of people — I'll point you to those first.

If it's waterless, why does water appear in some ingredients?

The formula is built entirely on Olea Europaea cell elixir — no water is added as a base. Water shows up on some INCI lists only as a trace byproduct of the olive leaf pressing process, not as an ingredient. The company has a patent pending to officially validate the 100% waterless claim. It's a technical distinction, not a loophole.

What if the skincare doesn't work for me?

365-day money-back guarantee on products. Not 30 days, not 90 — a full year.

What if I join as a consultant and change my mind?

30-day refund on your $50 consultant fee and any starter sets purchased. No long-term commitment required.
